Who we are

Service Sort is a registered business name of AnalytiCall Pty Ltd, ABN 45 633 005 615. These terms apply to anyone who uses this site, requests a provider, or applies to join the network.

For businesses

Service Sort introduces your business to one provider from its network. We are not a party to any work you agree with that provider.
The introduction is free. We do not charge businesses.
We check that providers hold a current licence for their category and public liability insurance at the time they join, and we confirm work we have seen delivered. We do not guarantee the outcome of any job.
By requesting a provider you agree to us passing your business name, contact details and request to one provider so they can contact you.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

For providers

You are admitted to the network for a named category in a named region, and hold that territory exclusively while you remain in the network.
You are charged per qualified lead. A qualified lead is a business that has confirmed a need in your category and agreed to be contacted by you, plus any qualification criteria agreed in writing when you joined.
You may dispute a lead within 7 days of receiving it. If the business confirms it did not have the need, the charge is credited.
You must keep your licence and public liability insurance current and tell us if either lapses.
Either party may end the arrangement with written notice. Leads already delivered remain payable.

Related parties

Some providers in the network are owned by, or related to, the owners of Service Sort. They are subject to the same vetting, the same territory rules and the same lead pricing as every other provider.

Our contact

Our first contact with a business may be made by an AI assistant. We disclose this on request and on this site.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
