For businesses
Why only one provider?
Because a list is not a recommendation. We match you with the one provider in our network that holds your category in your region. If they are not right, tell us and we will find another.
Who are the providers?
Independent service companies, each checked for a current licence, public liability insurance and a track record we know first-hand.
Did an AI call me?
Possibly. Your first call from us may be made by an AI assistant; it will identify itself as AI at the start of the call. Everything after that is people.
How do I stop the calls?
Tell the caller, or email enquireys@servicesort.com.au with the number we called. Removed within one business day.
What if there is no provider in my area?
We tell you the same day rather than leave you waiting. Outbound calls only go to areas we already cover.

What does it cost?
You pay per qualified lead. No monthly fee, no retainer. Pricing depends on category and region and we go through it with you before you sign anything.
What is a qualified lead?
A business that has confirmed a need in your category and agreed to be contacted by you, plus any extra condition you set, such as a recent electricity bill for solar.
What if a lead is bad?
Dispute it within 7 days. If the business tells us they did not have the need, it is credited.
Do I share leads with other providers?
No. One provider per category per region. Your territory is yours.
What do I need to join?
ABN, a current licence for your category, a public liability insurance certificate, and work we can verify first-hand.
